My question on top of that would be: Would the LS6 MAF work on the LS1 without useing the LS6 intake?

I think J.R. Granetelli was working on a conversion kit at one time. Whether he actually finished it yet, or decided it wasn't worth the effort, I don't know.

Addendum...in the GP section on LS1.com,Pace parts just announced the soon to be available LS6 MAF and LS1 adapter, no pricing yet.

They did this along with their current prices on cams, intakes, etc..not less than an hour ago or so.

Check it out!

Yes J.R. has been working on it and I've been testing it for a couple months now. I was over there for a few hours last weekend working out a few issues. So far its looking good and the power is awesome! I'll post more in the near future.

I have a Delphi (formally Delco)85mm MAF from SLP it came with a connector adapter and air lid hose adapter for the camaro. The instruction book states in the corvette installation section that this is the same size as the 2001 C5.
