Is there a formula for figuring out compression ratio like 9to1 or 10to1
if you have a 350 with 180lb of compression.?

The only way to figure out your CR is by physical measurements of deck height, cc of cylinder heads, bore, stroke cyl. head gasket thickness.
Go to a search engine and type Compression ratio calculator and you'll get a plethora of pages.
