I have a 2000 SS camaro. It is equipped with the shock sensor security feature, but when it is activated the alarm only beeps twice and then stops. Is there any way to adjust the length of the alarm? It seems senseless for an alarm to make 2 short sounds...who would ever hear it from a distance?

read the owners manual it tells you all about it and how to change the sensitivy and how and when it arms itself...

To turn the senstivity up .... take the spare tire cover off and look on the top of the fender well and you'll see a little black box with a pice of tape on one end... take the tape off and you'll see the adjuster knob turn it up if you can't seem to make the slarm go off.....

Hope this helps
