Can anyone help me out and/or post links to some resources for winter storage of my Camaro Z-28?
I have a 1998 Camaro Z automatic with 42,000 miles and store it during the winter. I was looking for storage tips from others on what should definitely be done. Some questions/things I do are:
1. Sta-bil in the fuel system 2. How much fuel should be left in the tank? 3. Should I add water/moisture remover to the fuel? 4. Should I put it on blocks/jack stands?
Other suggestions?
Thanks so much for help!!

Welcome to the board Jeff. This is how I store all 3 of our Camaros. I fill the fuel tank. I don't use stabil. Made sure the car was cleaned good before covered. I will either hook up a small battery charger once in a while to bring the green eye back up or run the car every 2-3 weeks for 1 hour or so to normal operating temp. Some use a batery tender. If it is nice I will drive it around the neighborhood to let it shift and get the fluids moving. I do not use jack stands, biggest fear would be a garage fire from the kerosene heater and would like to be able to drive the cars out fast. Some say it is not recommended to use jack stands for a long period of time. I use a good Noah Wolf car cover even while the car is stored in the garage and some padded fender covers on top of that just incase something may fall from a shelf.

I recharged the battery up to the green eye (have to do that a fair bit too), but now all I'm getting is a clicking when I turn the ignition....it's not turning over but rapidly clicking and with each click the sensor lights blink....Any clue as to what this is? I've also tried jumping it with the same result...
