Need to know which type of springs to get and where the best set of roller rockers are. Have all stock motor minus a few bolt ons. Nothing big, but was told that springs and roller rockers are good for power with a pretty much stock motor. Any help out there? Trying to do this before the gathering, so need to get on the ball. Thanks all!!

I think you've been mislead. Neither of these mods. will give you any appreciable hp gain. Stiffer springs with the same cam will not give you any increase in hp but will increase the point at which you get valve float. i.e. if your red line is 6500rpm you may be able to go to 7000rpm with stiffer springs. The roller rockers will only get you a couple of hp due to less friction. Unless you change the ratio. And neither of these are going to be cost effective. I would only recommend doing this in conjunction with a cam swap.

Okay will do, thanks for the info. I thought it was a bit pricey for the work but was willing if HP was affected dramatically.
Thanks for your help
