This happened about month ago, jumped started it & went to Sears for new Diehard. Technician said the battery & alternator checked OK Drove her home, started next few days. It's been about 2 wks since cranked, no start,no fire. Battery does have "green light" showing. I guess its off to a mechanic this week. Thanks

Did the mechanic check the voltage regulator or generator? These could be the problem or possibly a coil malfunction.
Hopefully the problem will be corrected soon for ya.
Then again I don't know if coils are still on cars anymore. I am not a mechanic but have worked on cars most of my life with my brother and cousin and have learned to eliminate one thing at a time when tying to figure out a problem. There should be some kind of a tester for the electrical system that when you plug it in to the diagnostic will show a code which should give the reason. Good Luck.

If the battery is OK, it should crank and start and run on battery, even if the alternator is shot. Try the VATS key or ignition. Do you have lights? Then its not the battery. I'd look at the key pellet and ignition wiring.
