Im not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but I am very upset about a particular seller of Fbody suspension parts and want to warn all of my co-members about this seller.

I ordered a strut tower brace from Vernon at WWW.PROFABRACING.COM . I spoke with him on the phone before ordering and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. I told him it was for a 2001 Firebird 3.8 V6 and he told me he would ship immediately.
The item arrived and it did not fit. I called and left several messages and sent several emails. When I finally got ahold of him (he did not respond) he told me he accidently sent me one for a V8. He said to ship it back and he would immediately ship me a new one. I did so and a week later, having not received the new one, I called and after several messages I was told he was fabricating one for me and would overnight it and also send me a set of lower control arms free of charge for my troubles.
Well, overnight came and went and neither the strut tower brace nor the free control arms arrived despite his promises. So far, (2 days) he has not responded to my calls or my email, and he has not issued a credit to my charge card.
This guy sells on eBay as well. All I can say is CAVEAT EMPTOR! BUYER BEWARE!.When a price seems too good to be true, it usually is.

I'm here for ya brotha.

What year car do you have the pre '98 cars require an off set for the mounting to miss the air conditioning sensor.

Let me know via Email and I can more then likely help.
