I was thinking of buying a 52mm BBK throttle body this Spring. Would I see any gains with my present mods. [Smile]

With an LT1, you won't see too much gain for the dollar until you get other internal mods, like cam, rockers, etc...IThe PCM doesn't compensate for the increased airflow like an LS1 does. I'd look more into some new valve springs with 1.6 full roller rockers, you could see up to a 20 horse gain, and it'll cost about the same.

Rocker arms and springs? I heard that is a great mod for the LT1 motor. What brand would I use? Crane,Comp Cams and how hard is to install? [Smile]

I used the COmp Cam 1.6 Pro Magnum roller rockers for my rocker arms, and for a stock or nearly stock cam I would recommend LT4 springs. It isn't a hard install if you know what you are doing in setting lash, and how to put on valve springs, but usually shops don't charge an arm and a leg for installs on springs and rocker arms. I did mine by myself...Just follow the instructions. I wouldn't recommend using the stock springs, though, they will bind with 1.6 rockers, and you will have valve float(very nasty, not a good thing!)... [Big Grin]
