I'm not too familiar with superchargers on stock LS1s, so I was wondering if there is any other parts of the stock drivetrain that might need to be upgraded in order to handle the power from the vortech I hope to put on in the future. I have the Auburn differential and I think it can handle the power. I'm also fairly certain the T-56 can handle it too. I just want to know if there are any other mods that must be done to be safe from breakage.

Thanks

If you plan on running slicks, the Auburn will take a beating.

Best bet, check the Forced Induction fourm over at http://www.ls1tech.com

No, I definitely don't plan on running slicks. This is just a mod for the street.

Thanks for the link.

You know with the Vortech you have to make a few modifications to the SS hood.
