They are cool. GM could learn alot from Chrysler & Ford on this.
All of this from a boy who still thinks the Japs really know how to make a quality car, if only they had the american muscle and better looks................
Fords quality job 1 is a joke, so is chryslers, and I dont much care for GM's either.....
yes I still love my F-body. But the Americans could learn a thing or two from the Eurpoeans 7 Japs!
My daily driver is a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Soon to be a Saab 93 due to a family edition!

Boy, I tell you what...I've never been a Ford guy myself. But the other day, one my of my employees, a '99 Mustang GT owner, sent me a few more pics of that '49 concept.
It sounds like this ride has a real shot at making it to production. If this is the case, I would really have to consider adding one of those to the collection. Call me old fashioned but that is gorgeous, clean design.

Looks sweet...my very 1st car was a '49 ford 2door sedan...given to me when I was 12 years old (in '68) by the guy my dad boarded horses for. This guy had taken the back seat out, and hauled around his shetland pony in it everywhere. My 2nd car was a '50 ford 2door, then in '71 I got my '63 Impala SS 409 (still have) and I've been brand loyal every since( but my Ranger Splash drivin' bride of 2 years wants a new T-bird...or a '56).....oh well so much for brand loyal...
