As you all may know I use What works! Bottom line! Well I use some Griot's Garage products an the SS and some of the other cars I care for, I had gotten a wash mit Sheepskin)about a year and a half ago. $16 for it, I only used it on the SS. The last few washings I noticed that the sheepskin was coming loose and the mit was falling apart Last week I sent it back and asked for another, they have a 100% lifetime guarantees. I got the new one in the mail this week.. How is that for good service! I always talk about How great zaino is and IT IS, but this time someone else made it right.
