Wow, the trip to Florida was great. It was terrible to get stuck there for two extra days due tot the storm we had at home. Yea right, instead of shoveling snow, I went to Daytona Beach and drove on the sand. It was bike week!! Awesome. Took a picture by the Dale E. tribute and went to the museum and all. The golf was fabulous. It rained, it was windy, it was sunny, it was hot, it was cold. What an adventure. I never thought I would see the day when I woudl hit a driver on a 165 Yard par three and barely make the green (I can hit a driver 250-270 most times. Ok, so I won't tell you about the whole trip but there is one more and it is the reason I didn't need NFB in the subject.
I made it to a car show where I was lucky enough to meet JimB0, 9T9SS, Scott, Bow Tie Boy, and the famous Lou!! They were all great. We had a super time and there were some nice rides. All the cars looked great, expecially the SSOA folks. I met a couple of other people that were with Scott and nice enough to offer me a beer but I am afraid I forgot there names. Now I have to try and catch up. Anything good I missed? I won't read all the posts I missed.
Good to be back!!

And here I was thinking that since you'd gotten your Zed Oh Six (as our northern friends say) that you'd forgotten about all of us little people - sniff!

Dan, glad you had a good time. That was my buddy Jim who offered you the beer, I was really busy bopping around and didn't get a chance to say goodbye. There were 184 cars total that night, we need more parking. My other buddy Bindy was a hit with his Prowler, I think next show he's bringing the Viper. Must be nice. All in all it was great seeing you again.

Thanks all, it is good to be back. Even with 30+ inches of snow and 6-12 predicted for tonight!! Argghhhhh.
Teri - I already told you, the Z06 is second fiddle to my f-body friends and in fact, was buried in a snow drift while the SS was warm and snug in the garage!
Scott, no offense to your friend, that was a cool Prowler but those Hooters girls sitting in it is what brought the crowd!! LOL
Kevin, well at lease someone gets to drive it!! Except for bringing it home from Conn, Grace has more miles in it than me!
Possum, I think we are going ot make Milan instead of Carlisle. We really want to make sure we get to see Brian and Mary. Does that question mean that you are going to be there?? That would ice it!
It really was a great trip, I missed you all and I am glad to be back. Now if I can just get the work on my house finished so I have a bathroom again, life would really be good.

Welcome back Dan. Sounds like you had a great time. I was looking at your photos of the "Zed O 6". Sweet looking car. You'll have to drive it up here the next time you visit Kanata.

If you and Grace are coming we'd be about 95% ... if not I'd probably be 50/50 on going alone.

I am flattered. I feel the same way. I will ask Grace tonight and let you know tomorrow. My preference is to go to Michigan if we can all get together.!! Dan
