I got my loudmouth in today for my 97 SS. It was on immediately. The idle is loud, which i was looking for. Also instead of just having one range in rpm's where my SLP dual/ dual were loud, the loudmouth has 2 on the LT1; one is early on at around 1750 rpm and then again at 3000 rpms. At 3000 rpm it sounds the same as my dual/dual did!!!! I love it!!! I would recommend to anyone who wants loud to get it!!! So throaty!!! 4.10 is going in in 2 weeks!!!!
