I'm trying to decide between the SLP & BMR SFC's. The BMR's look like they hang pretty low, but I haven't seen any pics of the SLP's installed yet. Can anyone help me out with pics? Thanks.

I have them, let me see if I have a picture that shows them. You can barely see them. I have black bolt ons on my black car. They made a big difference!! Be right back ....

Here is the only picture I could find. I am leaving it high resolution so you can see the sub frames. Feel free to look at my photopoint site for others, but I don't think there is much in the say of pictures of the subframes.

Thanks Dan. I'm hoping that you can barley notice them. As you can see from this pic, the BMR's seem to hang down pretty far. I'm sure if they were black, you wouldn't see them as much.

I have the SLP bolt ons as well. I listened to SLP and had the bolt ons installed in their shop, and then had them welded in.
The bolt ons and a better finish quality and SLP did the job 1st class. The car is really tight on the turns.

That is the way a lot of people have gone. There is a nice finish on the bolt ons. I didn't weld mine yet because I may to take them off for some of the things I still want to do.
Hawkeye, can you remember what it is like to drive it?? I can .... barely. I sure hope this storm stays rain!!

Yes - buy the bolt ons and then have them welded. The bolt ons are made more precisely - they have to fit, and they are black powder coated. Then you have the bolts welded to stop the wear around the bolt holes and keep everything tight.
Oh Dan - sorry to tell you I drove the SS to work today. It's just beautiful here today. I did take it home at lunch, but I'm still smiling from the ride.

Thanks Hawkeye. They rear of the SFC's doesn't bolt to the same place as the LCA's does it? The reason I ask is because I'll probably want to change the LCA's in the future. Thanks.

Dan A. has both done I think, and they would be different mounting locations. Just call SLP and ask. The concern I would have is changing the control arms after the SFC's are on. I have not looked under mine lately, but I think there is still plenty of room with the SLP style of SFC. I don't know about the BMR or any other brand. It depends on their shape whether they would interfere. Tom Byrne would also now.
Good luck!! and post your resluts for all to share.

You'll be happy with them. SLP makes quality products. They have done a good job to make sure everything lines up.
The bolt that goes through the LCA will also go through the SFC (If I remember correctly). It shouldn't be a problem to take out the bolt after the SFC are welded on. Obviously, you wouldn't put a weld on that bolt. At least that is what I remember. I already had my LCA's on before I got the SFC's. If you need any further answer, I can take a look under the car tonight and let you know. Good Luck

Got them here too - love em. The only issue I have is when pulling into the garage or into anyplace where it's higher than the road I'm coming from. This seems to kind of torque the body a bit and it "groans" a little...but only when each wheel is at a slightly different elevation.
Anyone else have this problem?
