Well, its seems like I just don't have any time to post on the board during the day. I could in the evening but most of you guys don't post during the evening.

Anyways, the best news is that my wife gave birth to our first child on March 21, 2001 at 7:12 pm. A healthy baby boy named Alec. All is great with mother and child.

Now a few things about the SS. This would actually be a good question for DanA. How difficult to change the spark plugs and wires on our cars? I know it is going to be hard, but how hard? Also, I'm changing the grill on my SS and would like to know what is the easiest way to get the old one off without damaging anything.

Last but not least, hopefully a bunch of you guys will be heading to Milan this summer. I will definately be the again and it would be great to see you guys again.

See ya,

Rock

Congrats on the newest addition.

The plugs take a few hours the first time. The right tools help.

Some poeple say grab and pull to remove the grille. I'd prefer to go in from the bottom and remove the clips first.

I'll be headed to SLP Day II on 'Joisey' in April.

Many congrats to you and your wife Rock. Having a new baby is most definitely a life changing experience, and most definitely one that will create thousands of memories. Plan to buy stock in companies that produce film, floppy discs, CDRs, and VCR tapes.

...and plan to have a ton 'o fun...

Congrats again...

That is just awesome Rock!! I am just so happy for you guys, I can't tell you. What is it like to have a boy???

On the plugs. It is a piece of cake to change 1-7. Plug number 8 is a pain in the A$$!!!!! Get a 1" swivel extension and take off the coil packs and the air line that is there. Then it is a matter of feel because you can't see it. Make sure you put anti seize on the new plugs when you put them in. I am sure it will be easier for me when I have to do it again, but the first time had me using lots of words that I don't normally use!!

Again, congrats to you and the family. We are coming to Milan again this year and hopefully we will get to see the baby. Just keep it away from Grace!!!

thanks alot guys!!! It is definately an experience!

Well, I will get the right tools for the spark plugs and hopefully I won't get too angry and rip the whole engine out of the car!!!!!!!

Well, the weather for Sunday looks pretty good around here..... maybe I can get the SS out for a spin. What do you think Hawkeye? A little cruise Sunday night with the SSs.... maybe "kill" a few Mustangs!!!! HA!

Congrat's ON THE SON. The other thing you need to buy or get stock in is a grocery store maybe two. Kids are an adventure, my wife and I have three, and to paraphrase Bill Cosby we have three kids because we don't want four. My kids are my big reason for everything as they are the most important things in the world to me and my wife.
