It seems I can't come to a smooth stop. I put the car in neutral and apply steady pressure to the brake pedal and the car seems to stutter a little before it stops. Anyone else have this problem, and if so what is it?

It's a problem most if not all f-body owners go through, it's called warped rotors. I didn't even bother going through it, I just bought some powerslots so it doesn't happen. For whatever reason GM messed up on the rotors/brakes of the f-body. The best thing I can tell you is get new aftermarket rotors and brakepads.
