Hi, I just wanted you to know I was in Portland area Monday and Tuesday. I went to Astoria, Oregon to pick up my Uncle and bring him home in my 30th SS. Rt 30 sure was very curve but I enjoyed testing my SS's handling and it handled real well. I thought Portland was a beautiful city and I can see why they called it Portland.. too many ports.

The trip was unexpected and made at last minute so there was no time to make any plan except to make last minute plan with few friends of mine in Dallas and Santa Barbara, CA as well as Cincinnati.

8,240 miles on my SS in 2 weeks. 50,100 miles total on my SS now.

Ken

so you came thru my town huh? I hope you enjoyed yourself even though the weather has been very unpleasant lately.

If you ever make it back out here, let me know.

Sounds like you had a nice trip.

Whoever said you couldn't run away from your problems obviously wasn't driving an SS.
