WOW - been off a while. Had a blast at SLP day, so many cars, so many people did not get to see everyone I wanted to.
Dave, so sorry about your tire troubles. poSSum had few troubles of his own. He's stuck down here a few days - possible bent push rod, didn't' sound real bad but was advised not to try and get home.
Thanks to SLP and all the work they did, oh and by the way the SSOA was very well represented, congrats to MarySS (Ralph and Mary) I heard 3 first place finishes!!
Anyone else win = please post here!!
Enjoy the day,

Mornin' Hawk and all...sounds like you all had a great time at SLP day...and even with the minor problems experienced by some, as long as the good times outweigh those pesky little anomalies, that's all you can really ask for...ehhhh???
Congrats to all the SSOA winners...WAY TO GO DUDES AND DUDETTES!!!
...now about that Florida SLP Day...

Changed our minds and hit the road with the "tic tic". Absolute incident free 1,122 mile trip home .... and the Target in Grand Forks had Simple Green refills on sale
The event was absolutely fantastic ... SLP took it to another level .... We're already planning for next year
Congrats to Mary and Ralph for the big win and to T.A.S. for a great showing.
Scott Settlemire was again telling stories late into the evening, many of them the good ones prefaced with "DO NOT PUT THIS ONLINE ... or else ...."
jimbO ... based on what Ed Hamburger said at the dinner you just might get an event in '02
Now to dig through the pile on my desk ...

Glad you all had a good time. I am sure it was awesome. I am sorry I missed you all. So, come and visit me in NH this summer. Offer is open to all SSOA and SLP friends!
I was thinking about you while I was at my daughters graduation, standing so far away I couldn't even see her get her diploma. It was a nice day anyway.
Happy fathers day to JR and and Kevin. Your first!
