Well it took a while foor it all to sink in, Wow what a great event. Mary and I Finally got to meet Hawkeye,Possum and many others of the SSOA. To be able to meet and talk with Dave H, Jeff Y,and the rest of the SLP staff we felt like we were about to see "the great and powerfull OZ" Scott Settlemire was on hand with his police car and is one heck of a nice guy. Friday night was spent in the parking lot of the hotel looking at all of the fine cars and talking with other car nuts. As Hawkeye stated in a previos post Marys SS did very well taking home 3 first place awards, Best Camaro, Best display and Best in Show. Needless to say Mary and I were stunned and honored. This was the first show that we have ever one. We Flew the SSOA flag with pride!! Mary and Ralph

That's the best thing about it all - you get to meet the greatest people! I can't wait to see everyone at Bragg-Smith Advanced Driving School in November. Everyone......get those applications in to Art (poSSum). We want to see a full house there!

Mary and Ralph, if your car looked as good as it did in NJ I am not surprised at all!! Congratulations, you are very deserving. Isn't it just fantastic to meet everyone. I went to the first SLP day in NJ last year and I was hooked. I am sorry I missed this one in Michigan but I am looking forward to Bragg-Smith! COngratulations once again! Well done.
