Hey bud, Just wanted to let you know that I have the tape made of the parade. It came out ok. Scott's commentary was kinda muffled by the Grandstand but it came out. Give me your address and I'll mail it to ya. Also... Do you know any aftermarket racing pedals that'll help with heel toe downshifting? I'm looking for a set that won't break the bank but I'm interested in installing them before Slimerock. Any places online? Also I'm thinking about getting a set of pads for the front. We had spoken about this but I forgot what would be a good set to reduce brake fade with the stock rotors.

Joey Red, Here are some suggestions for you!
Pedals - MBA pedals are what a few of us have. They helped my heel/toe drastically. Also, when I shop for sneakers, I get wide ones. Grace laughs because of what I look for. Not for walking or comfort, but can I heel/toe!!
Brake pads. I have Carbotech panther pads with cryongenically treated rotors. They made a big difference. No fade. I swap between stock pads and the panthers when I go to the track. They are very streetable, just a bit more dust. I have an email address and phone number for carbotech if you want to talk to them. They are great folks and cool guys to talk to. They will take the time to explain whatever you have questions about. Grumpy uses Carbotech stuff but after your ride with him that might not be a very good recommendation! LOL
Mike uses durastop rotors and police pursuit pads I think. I'll let him answer.

Glad to hear that the tape came out ok, mostly. My address is M. Furtaw, 11142 Hoffman Dr., Germantown, MD 20876
As far as the pedals, the Mallory Billet Aluminum (MBA) is what I have, as do several others. You can go thru T.Byrne or direct from MBA. And the shoes DO help.
As far as the brake pads 'n stuff, I'm still running the GM Perf PArts front rotors and DuraStops on the street, but have switched to the Hawk (black) pads for the track. Very inexpensive, with great performance.
I still have to test the GT Rotors on the Formula. That will be this week and then to Summit on Sept 23rd.

Thanks.I went to Tbyrne's website and I couldn't find them. They have nice stuff at MBA. I'm going to call them and see if they can make a custom pedal set for me in RED, of course. I like the shift knobs too. Hmmmmmmmmmm Should I go 2 or 2.25"? Hmmmmm.
