I just wanted to let everyone know that Deanne Wagner from www.afterthoughtsauto.com is awesome. I ordered the vinyl decals for the CAMARO letters on the back of my car a while back with the SSOA discount. And not too long after that I ordered the sunshade (with the intent of silk screening the SSOA logo--which by the way I am still workiong on). Anyway, I did not realize that the SSOA also got a discount for the sunshade but Deanne remembered my previous order and gave me a discount.
That's not the best part. Anyway, I told her that I did not like the way the "O" turned out. And I just got an email from her today and she sent me a new "O." She knows how we car enthusiats are and she just knew I couldn't stand that "O". So she ordered me a new one and shipped it out--free of charge.
Anyway, check out their stuff. They really work hard to please their customers!

I 2nd that one. 10 minutes after I ordered blackouts she e-mailed me & had to correct a problem. She even through in a key fob & cut some of the shipping charges because of their mistake. Definitely great service....

Good to hear

On a similar note, I ordered stuff from SLP Performance Parts, and from SLP Engineering in the last 2 weeks. Contrary to some complaints on the SLP board that PP was slow in shipping the stuff arrived at the correct U.S. address well within the 7 - 10 days I was told. They also offered me the Canadian alternative to shipping over the border.

Today I got a call from Keith at SLP Engineering that the order from there was accidentally shipped to the billing address (Canadian) instead of the shipping address (U.S.) and to let me know that they will absorb ALL the additional costs I incur.

Nice to see that great customer service is alive and well!!!

Well SLP was really good about getting my loudmouth but they are taking WAY to long in my opinion to get me my fleece I ordered. I ordered it back in April and still have yet to see it, called once and they couldn't even find the order but said it should be out in a month or so but that was 2 months ago. I guess they found the order because all I gave them was my phone number and they called me by the right name so...
So I'm not sure if I will ever see it or not but come on 35 dollars is darn near an oil change.

Going to give them a call again next week and see what is going on.

Tom
