So far, it's not for sale, unless someone came up with an insane amount of money.
For you though, he's willing to make a trade. That's the only offer he'll consider at this point!
If he sells it down the road, it'll be to someone he knows can handle it and won't wreck it or tear it up. He needs to drive it for a while until the newness wears off for him to think about selling it. It really is a lot of car to handle and he wouldn't want to see it in the wrong hands.
You would definitely be someone he could trust with it!

I'd be at the birthday party (in Bowling Green) for sure then

Hey stranger, how the heck are ya!! You still in the 13's!! You still have all those things on the waiting to be installed list!! Slacker!!
Teri, you could definetly trust me with that car. It would be winning awards in car shows!! That is what I am looking to do next. An older Camaro that I could show! However, 48K is too much. That is what I figure the Z06 is worth. Well maybe 45-47 but still.
Seriously, when I get a job, I am going to build a 3 car garage seperate from my current house and garage. Heated and air conditioned of course. It will have a lift in the middle and one of the other bays would be for work space to do a restoration. I am thinking about a 69 Camaro or maybe a 70 Chevelle SS. Hopefully, this will be next summer. I would prefer a real original all numbers matching with good paperwork. But I could be talked into something else to help me get my feet wet. I can't wait to do something like this. I think it is great that you have them!
And White Lightning, did you save enough pennies yet to by the Z06?? Think you could drive it and I don't mean like an old lady the way you did the day you drove it!! On a road course, at the limit!!
Now go back into your dormant state.

Dan, Dan, Dan, Yes I'm still in the 13's, but you own 2 cars that are capable of 12's yet you still have yet to run low 13's.
Oh and the day I drove your Z06, yes I did take it easy only because 1. it wasn't my car. 2. I didn't want to show you how to really drive. 3. I don't think your heart could of taken it.
