Here are a few pictures from Lime Rock. Sorry, not many, but I was a little busy!!
Thanks to Grace for the ones we have! It was a blast. I really need to get more track time. I can't describe how much fun it was. My instructor describes it as se# sitting up. She was very good, on her way to Road America for a race next week in her Porsche. http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=900841&a=13681653&f=0

The Bimmer was warned twice during the day (black flag and all) to ton eit down because he was being too aggressive. He had wheels off a couple of times. Finally on the time trials he went even further. All we saw was a big cloud of dust and the red flags. It really sucks when someone does that because it takes a long time to clean up and that is valuable track time. I am glad the guy is ok, but it is aggravating when you hear he was an arrogant guy. The last comment I heard from him was "Oh well, I went out with a bang". I heard he said he didn't care about the car either because he wanted a coupe. Nothing he said ever gave any indication that cared about the rest of us having track time lost. Maybe he was just shook up form rolling his car over.

Hey Dan, don't forget that 67/68/69 Z/28 was built for taking corners; remember the Trans Am racing with the Mustangs and Camaros back in the late 60's
However, I turn mine slow even going down the driveway!

Then again you could try the 69 but it probably don't turn so good.
I'm sure that at your age, your patience would make you a superb driver.
It really is a blast! Especially for us older guys. Whatever gets us "up", eh?
