Is there a diffrence in the install kit or setup?

hey jimw,

hawkeye has the auburn on his SS and he has installed the 4.10s as well. There is nothing different to the install. I have the torsen (with 4.10s) and the install is pretty much the same.

I'm sure hawkeye will reply to confirm this tomorrow morning.

right you are Rock, same kit, same part number if you have the Auburn or Torsen.

when I ordered the gears they did not even ask which rear end I had.

Got mine from Tom Byrne - tbyrnemotorsports.com

He sells the real GM gears. Had the install done by SLP in their Troy shop. Very professional install and they are familiar with our cars. A quoted price - not on the time clock! Mine was a whole day job, they insisted it be done right! Boy was I glad
