What a way to put a bummer on a great weekend.
It's so sad when a plane goes down, and I'm hoping it's ONLY an accident.
Man O Man - what are we coming too!

Hey all! I'm ok. I'm still in LA. I heard the news while I was on the way to LAX. hey changed my fight to the same one tomorrow morning. I can't believe this. My city is wrecked! Like we haven't been though enough already. Let's just hope that it was mechanical. I can't imagine what it must be like in that neighborhood.

My parent's flight from Tucson to Newark was cancelled, fortunately before they boarded the plane. They're staying in an Amerisuites tonight, with their flight rescheduled for tomorrow.

My family and myself are all OK. It was a very close call. We're on 128th on the 500 block near the bay. One of the engines landed at 414 Beach 128 St. Most of the damage was done on 130th - 131st on Newport Ave. 2 blocks over and 2 blocks down towards the ocean. Too close.
