Make sure you get the newly released large bore clutch master cylinder too. GM #12570277...also get the 288 series slave/actuator. BTW, the Z06 clutch kit # is 12562765...some have bought this as low as $241.00

We recently did a Z06 clutch job and the danged thing wouldn't even go into gear.

This is due to the inherent desgin of an internal slave/actuator assy. needing a longer "throw" to operate this slightly larger clutch.

Many others have had problem like this and GM has redesigned the slave and the MC 3 or so times in the last 4 years trying to solve this problem.

Aftermarket clutch manufactureres like McCleod have had terrible luck trying to solve theis problem.....maybe now there's a solution.

Good luck!

I did a little more research and the guys on LS1.com are recommending the newer 145 Slave #12565145, so, I'd go w/ that one.
