A while back I asked you about your 200mph gauge face and you said that you didn't have a speedo calibrator tool to make it work yet. I noticed last night that you have installed the 200mph gauge face in your '98 Z28 project car, does this mean that you never use your speedometer or that you have the tool and can FINALLY sell me a gauge face? Oh and with a calibrator. I really don't care if you have the tool yet, I just want the gauge face.

The 200 mph gauge cluster you are referring to is sold by Granatelli Motorsports. To get one you need to send them your gauge cluster and they will re-case and re-calibrate the unit for you. As far as I'm aware, they only do this on an exchange basis and it costs $300. The turnaround time I believe is about a week or so.
As for aftermarket PCM programming, I'm not sure if this will have any conflicts with say a Hypertech Programmer. Either way, I think this is an awesome mod and is definitely on my list of "to-do's"!
