Actually, I read it twice so I wouldn't miss anything but it never dawned on me the 'Vette had magnesium wheels.

Now that you've already ordered the LM, this may be too late but at least you'll know: a cutout (or dump) shouldn't rob you of any power. At the last dyno day, one of the guys had a cutout installed and his 2001 SS and picked up roughly 8 horsepower and 10 lb-ft of torque when he uncapped it.

I'm glad you didn't take all the joking about Nate seriously...he was afraid we were making him look bad.

You guys are so funny! You know i find it very funny that you all bash on nathan but i think its great that you all want to help him. I moved to Cali. 5yrs ago and came back here to jersey in august 2001 and i definetly would move back tot he west coast i loved it there just couldnt afford to live out there. very expensive! portland might be nice..lol...

thanks for the chat last night nathan i enjoyed it very much. its nice to speak to a fellow ss owner with out him questioning my knowledge on the car. i dont pretend to know anything about this car basically i know how to put the key in the ignition and change the oil...lol....

i am learning as fast as i can thanks to all you guys!
