The new firebird/trans am instrument cluster bezels/lenses (#16230640)everybody is looking for and can't find (because they were discontinued, and they raised the price a TON if you can find them) are now in stock at McGee's Auto Service, LLC
$60.00 each, plus shipping.

Just give Steve a call at 503-635-8252 to order.
8am-5pm M-F
Hope this helps anybody who is looking for them. Now you have to buy the entire cluster to get the lens, bummer!

Steve

Can you post a pic? I have thought about getting the TA bezel but not sure what the entire assembly you are referring to looks like.

Thanks

Ok, setting one aside for NateSS, and one for Art S. (haven't read the e-mail yet). Will figure out how to get it to you, Art.

How difficult are these to install? If they are "easy", then I might get one as well.

I am there! I need some kind of help to try to get Teri to pack light (maybe I will just TELL her we are bringing a bunch of parts, then at the last minute, change my mind!!!) You guys know how those chicks are on trips!!

The install isn't too difficult. If I can figure out how to scan the details on how to do it, I will repost here. As far as mobil installation, that may be a possiblity, but dont count on it yet.

They sound pretty easy to do, although I have yet to replace ours (no time). Remove LH knee bolster and deflector under the bolster. Remove UPPER(not lower) steering column nuts and lower column. Note: if you are going to disconnect anything attatching to the column, I highly recommend you disconnect the battery 1st, to avoid setting off the airbag). Remove bezel, remove cluster bolts then cluster assy. Remove lens assy from cluster assy. (I have heard you need to break off 1 or 2 tabs on the new lens, but you will have to see which ones). Install new lens, reassemble vehicle. Hope that helps. Let me know if you want one!

BTW, the labor time shows .7 hrs (45 minutes) to perform this operation.

all you Pontiac wanna bees should have bought a Firehawk! LOL

it has a face plate that goes over the gauges behind the plastic cover. Gives them a nice 3D look.
