Anyone that did the autocross or the 1/4 mile racing last year, what were the rules on tech, helmets, etc.

Last year it was pay your money and run. The attitude seemed to be "you rented the track and signed the waiver .... do whatever you want."

One of my highlights was running the quarter with the top down Passenger with video cameras were okay on the dragstrip too ... I'm not sure about autoX though ... also, I had my helmet along, but I don't recall if they made us use them in autoX.

I saw that picture of you running the 1/4 mile with the top down and thought that was a classic. Just as good as you driving with the top down in the middle of winter with the snow tires on the car!

I remember you running with the top down and I think you did wear your helmet in the autocross. I didn't remember seeing ANY tech checks or anything last year. It does save time.
