Has anyone put an RK Sports Billet Grille in a 98 and up Camaro? I have a freind who got one without instructions. He said the holes in the grille and the the holes from the original grille do not match. Any thoughts on this?

If the install is like the SLP "SS" grill. You have got to drill your own holes

Just installed mine last week. Just use the four screws you were given and drill them right into the bumper. Kind of painful to put holes in your car, but what can you do?
