I attended the BMW advanced driving school on Saturday, in Toronto.

School cars were 330i's (220hp) with the M-sport package. The cars where modified with a switch to turn on & off the electronic stabilizing (traction control) and ABS braking systems. The focus of the course was teaching crash avoidance, skid control and slalom driving, without using the brakes (just using the steering wheel and gas pedal) without the electronic systems. It rained all day. There's nothing like driving all out on wet concrete without using the brakes.
As a coincidence, one of the driving instructors road raced SLP prepared Camaros around '96 - '97, out of Montreal. We talked Camaros off and on all day - a bonus.

Here's some pics.
The cars.

My car #5.

On the skid pad.
