Just a quick update on the survey that I'm conducting. So far I have 72 confirmed Hugger Orange SSs in the database. If you haven't responded yet, or have not received a copy of the current database, PLEASE let me know so I can add you as soon as possible. Below is the original message:
I'm trying to compose a database of all 375 Hugger Orange SSs that are out there, but I need your help. If you would like to participate (all respondents will receive a copy of the database when it's completed, or updated, etc.), please send me the following info about your vehicle:
VIN:
SLP car number:
Transmission type:
Interior color:
any other GM options ordered with the car:
any Y2Y options (ONLY IF ORDERED WITH THE CAR ORIGINALLY, not put on afterward by you):
I've already got over 70 cars, so please help me complete this project; it will be cool and interesting to have as much info about these limited cars as possible!!
Thanks,
Steven Marchitelli

I tried to track one down for you this weekend with no luck. I've seen the car outside of a house in Marina. I went by there twice this weekend but couldn't catch anyone at home. I'll try again soon.

I know where one lives in Ventura, CA but I do not know the person. Do you have one in your database from here? Let me know what I can do to help.

At the f-body gathering this weekend in Atlanta there was a 1LE, Hugger Orange SS, fully loaded with every GM and SLP option, and it had only 7 miles on it! Scored a perfect 1000 points at the car show. Needless to say, it was an awesome car!
