Wow, as others on the board have already said SLP day was a great show of force for the SSOA and all F-bodies. Despite the constant battle of keeping the car dry Mary took 2nd place in the Camaro/Firebird show. Aftre seeing all of the cars there I figured we did not have a chance. Man all the cars were really great. So chalk one more up for the trophy count for SSOA members!
To all that I had a chance to meet and talk to Mary and I will never forget, it is true what Scott Says about Camaro means freinds..

Hey, huge congrats you guys, I told you letting me park next to you would make yours look better!!!! My only complaint - you should have taken first!
Hope to see you again soon.

Your car looked great as always. So did DaddySS. Sorry I didn't get a chance to stop and say hello. There was just too much going on and I didn't want to miss my runs. I was parked the next isle over. I had the red Z06 parked near Bruce Larson's funny car. I remember you from last year and I recognized Mary but didn't get a chance to come over this year. Sorry about that. I will be sure to see you in Bowling Green.

R&M It was a pleasure to meet you both. You guys are great! I really loved your car and wasn't surprised at all with your win. For those that do not know, only two trophies were awarded for show of all of the Firebirds and Camaros that were there. And there had to be hundreds in the competition.

You should have no trouble showing your car at Carlisle. Taking second place with all those cars to choose is fantastic.

First of all congrat's on the WIN...... That car is so one of a kind I'm surprised you didn't take first? The first place trophy car must of been something very unreal to get that trophy. Good luck at BG.

To everyone who relied, I thank you very much. DaddySS it was an honor to have you park next to us, after seeing your car from 9/11 and how clean it was for the show, you should get a trophy for that, My word still stands if you decide to come out to the Ohio show. Dinner is on us.
Possum: hope to see you in ohio, same goes to you if you plan on making the rip out here see if you can drive by Medina Ohio.
Ronin: great to meet you, guys like you and the others make stuff like this so much fun. You car was very clean and I loved the wind screen behind the front seats....
DanA_F99_1977 I saw your car but not you, I was wondering whos car was next to Bruces'
Hawkeye: tons of hard word cleaning up from the road trip and the rain/dust storm that happened right after we pulled out of the car wash in New Brunswick, but everyone had to deal with that.
To everyone else thanks for the kind words and hope to see you all again.
