Not exactly "restored" if it has a cowl hood on it. If it was a #'s matching car, restored to stock it still probably wouldn't be worth what's being asked, but there are people out there that will spend the $$ anyway.

A lot-a-bit of a steep price! And it doesnt even have the original engine! or hood. or who knows what else! Cut that price in half.
