I know it may be to late but a co-worker is looking for a SS in Northen Ohio, He has contacted some local dealers but none seem to want to help. ( maybe because it is so late in the year) I told him he may be SOL but that I would ask for some help. Any Ideas on how I can find one???
thanks for any ideas, keep it safe...

I assume you've checked buypower? When I checked last week there were several in my area.

There is at least one in the local dealer I go to . I was there for stickers the other day and they used to have about 5-8 SS on the lot all the time. They only had 2 and they were in the showroom. A 35 LE and a black convertible. They are asking 5K over sticker for the 35TH

If he's looking for one with some history, check the SLP classifieds-we have some of our press cars for sale.

...you might try contacting Tom Henry Chevrolet. I know Tom tried to order as many SS's as he could before it was too late, ...I believe he still has inventory. ...located in Bakerstown, PA (just north of Pittsburgh), ...not far from eastern Ohio, not sure where your friend lives. There are a few at local dealers near me. Do the GM Buypower dealer search. There may be one close to you! Berger Chevrolet has the 35th Anniversary LE SS Brickyard 400 #44 that just came back from having the Berger SS conversion done to it available. The window sticker was $44,000 and change. Not bad for a Brickyard 400/Berger SS !
