When she was a baby.. and I was picking her up from the sitter.. as long as the engine was on and the exhaust making its noise.. she would sit quietly and sleep most of the way home.. as soon as I came to a stop at a light.. she would wake up.. the noise of the exhaust seemed to soothe her.. wasn't the same in the wife's Blazer.

No.. it's going to be very tough to leave her behind, as much as Natalie and I are looking forward to the 5 days of alone time, we will miss her so much.. she will be in good hands though. Natalie's Mom is very hands on and loves her so much... Natalie's younger 20 year old sister still lives at home and helps out too.. so we feel good about this.

Dang she's a cutie. We'll have to meet her on our next trip across the country. Sounds like she'll be in good hands with Grandma. We'll help keep you both busy so you won't miss her as much!
