I checked to photo archives from BG. Fbodfather did not have a cigarette in his hand at Saturday's dinner presentations until Joey Red showed up in his pink cow robe.
Using my great deductive ability: Joey Red + Pink Cow Robe = Fbodfather with cigarette .

Memo to Joey Red: Stay away from Fbodfather when wearing pink cow robe. Maybe it will be easier for him to quit smoking.
