Nice stats Steve. I am happy to report BTW that my average mpg was 28.19 (excluding driving while in BG.)

On a technical matter ... nfb = non F Body. I think you post is totally relavant to the purpose statement of the SSOA and provides lots of relevant F-body info ... so "nfb" was not required. Posts: 4222 | From: Winnipeg MB CA | Registered: Feb 2000

Just think if Gino was at BG, you would have met 844 interesting people. Posts: 2359 | From: Waterloo, Ontario, Canada | Registered: Jul 2001

I only averaged 22.7 MPG There was only one leg of the trip where I did better than 24. The portion of driving around BG, autoX, and drag racing resulted in 13 MPG.

No where in your report I see where you had the oil changed or not. You certainly should do it soon if you have not already. Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002

The oil will be changed shortly(after all, it was highway, not city miles, so its ok!).
Who says Gino is interesting?
If he had been interesting, then he must only be .4 of a person, because your figure was an even number.
I just put the .6 in there to see if you guys were paying attention.
We just kept all of our receipts, then organized them when we got back............ now obbSSd on the other hand........! He did a nightly spread sheet of EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything. Ask him to post it! hehehehe!

Actually, it's not a spreadsheet...it's a database. And it wasn't on EVERYTHING...just my mileage Posts: 1143 | From: Portland, OR | Registered: Nov 2001

U.S. or Canadian Gallon.
I had a best of 25.9, worst of 19 MP(US)G. The worst is not accurate in that I only put in $10.00 when we arrived in Bowling Green to keep the level low for autoX and the drags making it was a very large fill that the worst wasaveraged over.

Ahhh, see...but I was only addressing Steve's comment about me recording "everything" on the trip (and I didn't make any mods on the trip )
And yes, Nate...I realize I'm slacking on my web site. One of these days, I'll actually get to it.

Why don't you tell the class what fields you set up for entering your trip info? We'll let them decide what "everything" is.

I scribbled the mileage on my receipt and stuffed it in my wallet...I just happened to have my laptop with me so I could enter it before I got back

I don't mind PDA, but my girlfriend is a little more self-conscious about kissing in front of others But yeah, I have an HP Jornada (Pocket PC) that I don't actually use that often.
