I caught a rock Saturday down at Skyline. Started driving on Sunday only to see the crack....

That sucks! Just make sure you talk to the glass shop and ask them how good they are with F-body windshield replacements.

It will it the glass was in the hot sun and cold water was to hit it.

BTW, I've had luck from time to time - putting a little crazy glue in the chip and on the crack, seems to slow it down, often times has hidden the crack, and sometimes stopped it - at least until you get it in for the repair.

that bites. looks like the rock barely hit you windshield. if only it was off by 2 inches or so. [ugh]
