Brian,if it works anything like a carb spacer,you may gain a little added torque and hp due to more intake manifold plenum volume. Some spacers work better with different combos.A spacer can also slow the air speed down of the intake...meaning that the cylinders may not get filled with as much air/fuel mixture,end result less power.On a carb a spacer also will keep the carb cooler ,which is a good thing.
