That sounds like a good idea. The only bad weekend for me is the 7th & 8th. 11/30 Iam going to Machanicsburg,PA for a dyno. $50.00 for three pulls. Other than that I game for a meet. Someone pick a central location for everybody. Hope the weather will be OK.

btw - I can meet pretty much any sunday as I'm off work and no school. Saturdays might be a bit harder. Also would like to know an apporximate place where we would meet to give me an idea of how long a drive it would be. Posts: 2651 | From: Enola (Harrisburg Area), Pennsylvania | Registered: Jan 2002

Langhorne PA is a northern suburb of Philly. Its only about 20 minutes from me (King of Prussia). If we're gathering in the day, Tyler State Park is a nice gathering place. Then maybe head to one of the 18th century pub/diner? If night time only, we could find a nice tavern, have a couple of drinks (for the holidays of course , and swap stories. I'll help in whatever capacity is requested.

well lets have scott tell us what time he will be free to meet up with us and then we can go from there. i think that the planning is going to have to be fast since its close. if we meet at a restaurant we can have a longer time together instead of traveling all over. so let plan a dinner or early dinner get together. any ideas as to the place....let also get a running count of how many people would like to go...
i know i want to go....

it take me 1 hr 15 mins to get there i can do it in 1hr if im doing 85-90 though...he he he
thats the halfway point between here and king a prussia/langhorne.....
if we meet at the TGIF's on route 9 just outside of raceway park we will have a nice size lot to park in...there is also a place called the country buffett up the street a little way....does this sound good or do we need to be closer to something else?

Sounds good. If you meet at 5 i'll be a bit late. Probably would take me 2 1/2 hours to get there from Harrisburg (?) So I would probably make the drive to meet you all. Posts: 2651 | From: Enola (Harrisburg Area), Pennsylvania | Registered: Jan 2002

I've never been to E Town, but have been wanting to go. Too bad there will be no racing activities. We'll wait to hear final plans. Erin, I think you ought to continue your efforts to co-ordinate the meet. You've got it going good so far.
