the dealer just called and said that my SS is ready for pickup. Hope everything turned out ok.

got to the dealership when it was dark, but it looks like they painted the whole rear bumper. i will look at it more closly at lunch today. the clutch pedal is at the perfect height (right at the same height as the brake pedal). and there is no more play at the top. however, the clutch still does engage right at the top. i'll see if another dealer can fix THAT problem [Roll Eyes]

looked at the bumper in the sunlight, and it looks great. no difference in color as far as i can tell.
