Seems like right about now, those who store their
rides from the winter are suffering the first stages of withdrawl. Or, maybe it's just me!

Have a great day friends. Let's all work together and we'll get over this hump! [Big Grin]

Good Morning!

Working on the SS's "bedroom" has been helping with withdrawal. C219 won't recognize the place when the cover comes off [Big Grin]

From Dictionary.com
quote:
Withdrawal
2. a. Discontinuation of the use of an addictive substance.
b. The physiological and mental readjustment that accompanies such discontinuation.

Fits, eh [Wink]

High of 41 forecast for today .... someone explain again please what the problem is with global warming [Cool] [Roll Eyes]

Y'all have a great day, eh. [Smile]

Looks good already. Interesting that they tape it in the paint booth. Do they pull it out again to do the prepaint prep?

Yes, they have sanding and prep areas (see the pic of the 'vette project car - it's in one of the prep bays). They're doing the taping in the booth since it was available, and had such good lighting (I wish I had those lights in my garage [Big Grin] ).

Am I the only one here who keeps the insurance on the car and uses it on dry days?!? Sure makes the winter a lot more bearable! [Big Grin]

2-4 inches predicted for tonight. Have a great day all. Didn't get a chance to say hello this morning.

I keep my cars insured and drive them anyday in the winter that roads are not too messy. I couldn't go a whole winter. The roads are messy now and have been for few weeks so it has been tough and it started way too early!

Enjoy

Believe me it is hard to look at the SS just sitting there in the garage under a cover resting then a second later you turn around and look at the snow, slush and salt on the roads and know why the SS is put away for the winter. [Frown]

Yes, I noticed that too. Luckily, it's caused by camera distortion. Three of us checked the location of the tape and found it to be right in the center. Whew! [Big Grin]

Me too! These guys (especially the owner) are living my dream. The fellow taping the stripes was feeling a little stressed, since these are custom designed he had to ensure each side was the same. They know I'm a quality guy, so they were a little leary of what to expect from me. I asked them if I could help. They said if I helped, they'd have to charge me an extra $20/hr. [Big Grin]
They said they would take some more pics, for me, during painting process.
