At first I could not get my SS grill, now I have too many. They sent me another one. It makes wonder how they ever built the car! [confused]

you see, your car was upfitted in Canada. the michigan shop has been going thru some serious woes lately in terms of shipping.

everything used to ship out of Toms River. The OE stuff was all moved to Troy, so all this shipping business is new for them.

growing pains.

I have a 2002 SS Convertible. I want to get the SLP SS Grill for it. Would you be interested in selling your extra one?

I was just going to send it back, but if some in the club wants it my credit card statement is $249.00. The grill is black with silver SS decal. Shipping changes for were you are. Local I will drive it to you.

This remeinds me of the OEM lid nonsense I went through. They left off the lid on my '02 345 pkg car, telling me later that it would be shipped to the dealer on my choice. I waited, and waited, and waited for it to show at my local dealer until I called SLP for the nth time. They said it went to the dealer I bought the car from, and that their policy was to only send it to them. I call the dealer I bought the car from, and lo and behold they had my lid fro 2 weeks, but it had no name or VIN on it for reference! It was just another box with no home. A long drive later, the part was on. All was well. Then I get a call a week later from my local dealer saying they have my lid!!

God bless SLP. Between the runaround, shipping nonsense, missing exhaust brackets on my car, etc it is obvious they have grown too big for their britches.
