I'm building a 396 LT4 Stroker for my 96 Camaro SS.
check out the pics here http://96z28ss.cz28.com/photo.html

It will also have some Nitrous for fun!

I got rid of the opti-spark and will be going with the LS1 coil packs.

I hope to have it on the Engine Dyno by the end of next week. I had alot of bugs to work out but it will be worth it.

Rob

A lot of money!!
you need to modify the timing cover (weld the holes from optispark and waterpump), then you need to modify the Cam gear (put a magnet in it so the Cam sensor picks up a signal),
Get a Crank Trigger and wheel, then you need the coils and harness, then an aftermarket computer I went with a F.A.S.T. System.

Total parts over $3000

Please don't ask what this whole project is costing me!!!!

Dan Dan Dan, you can't rush perfection, it will be on the engine dyno next week sometime I hope.
Then it will go in the car.

Thats when I'm going Z06 hunting in NH.

You won't find any Z06's in my area on the road this time of year. Too high a risk to mirrors. Besides, by the time you finish, the Z06 will be retired from old age.
