So, I just switched wheels between the White model
and the 35th LE model....whalahhh...correct look."

How did you get the wheels off?? I have both a 35th and an NBM, and the first thing I noticed was that the wheels were backwards. I tried pulling the wheels off, but they didn't seem to budge and I didn't want to pull too hard. So what's the secret technique?

Pull harder ! [Big Grin]

Seriously, they take a good pull, but don't
jerk them and try to brace the surrounding
undercarriage with the other hand.

They do pop off. I've done 5 cars x 4 wheels
thats 20 total...

Also, you may want to glue the "rotors and calipers" piece
on correctly while you have them off. Every
model I have recieved has the calipers spinning
freely in the wheel. Each rotor/caliper
piece has a key...all it takes is to slide the
notch into the key...you'll see what I mean when
you get them off.

I also "lowered" my models by cutting the springs!
Gives them a more aggressive stance....just
like the real cars. You can dissassemble the
car to do this or just cut the springs while they
are on the car. I did it both ways but cutting
them on the car is trickier. Its more time
consuming to dissassemble the car though.

Hope this helps...if you need any more help just
let me know!

Whoa!! You've taken the "modding bug" to the next level...modifying scale Camaros! Very cool. Thanks for the tips...I'll fix the cars as soon as I get home.

Modding the real cars in the summer and the scale models in the winter....It's definitely an addiction. We're all a bit touched.
