When i went to get gas today in harrisburg before going home from work, when i pulled the nozzle out to begin filling my car, the last person there stuck the trigger to the 'on' position and before i got it to the gas tank, it started spurting everywhere...didn't get on my SS luckily. It was pointing towards the ground....Just really dangerous. Now when i get gas, i have to friggin check that it's not jammed to the on position

Ive had that happen to me. Just about ruined a set of dresss shoes once. Was out visiting a customer and stopped for gas. I think what happened to you and me was who ever got gas when it stopped hung up the nozzle and didn't reset the handle. I always check..... the memory is still burned in my brain of a 2 hour drive home stinking like gas...... Posts: 1045 | From: Seattle, WA | Registered: Nov 2001

Either that or a prank...people like to do these things int eh ghetto of Harrisburg...Could have ended in a REAL disaster...Lucking the gas only got on the ground. Guess I wont let the SS get to empty when I'm in the city at work Posts: 2651 | From: Enola (Harrisburg Area), Pennsylvania | Registered: Jan 2002
