Teri, Steve, Cy, Nate,

Are you guys going to make the March 15 track day? I will be there....already sent in my registration and money.

A couple guys from work are coming with me. One has a 69 corvette with a 427 and the other has 2002 Viper ACR.

Anyone else going to be there?

Ryan

Nate,
It's Team Continental.

If that link doesn't work, go to http://www.teamcontinental.com and click on Driver Training.

Ryan,
I don't think Steve will have his '68 Camaro ready by then, but if it's not pouring down rain, we'll be there to spectate. We're always up for dinner afterwards, too.

Sadly, no. I won't have my car fixed by then and I doubt I'd pass tech inspection the way it is. But I may come out an watch, though.

I was noticing their schedules kinda suck this year...hardly anything on Saturdays anymore. And now they're charging $70 more than last year.

The schedule is not great this year. That's why I'm going in the begenning of the year.

I'll give you guys a call when I'm down there.

Cy,
What happened to your car?

Hi Ryan! My car will most likely NOT be done by march 15th [Frown]

But, like Teri said, we will at least spectate. Will you be able to make the Rose City Vettes playday at PIR on Monday, July 28th? I know I will at least be at that one, and do the autocrossing event on the 27th as well. Lots of fun. Hope you can make it. I will keep you posted on the track days I will be hitting, after the car is up and running.

Here are some pics of the 68 in its current
condition. I still am working on the wiring for the electronic cruise control, A/C, and install the LS1 engine and all other missing parts!!!

Got backed into in the back lot of the Corvette Museum when we were there in September. It doesn't look too bad, but the fascia, passenger fender, headlight and some internals need to be replaced...gonna run about $3k.

Yeah the price really went up in the last 2years. It used to be about $90.00-100.00 to run.

Hey, you other guys around the country, what does it cost you to run on open track days, and on driver training days?
