Unlike the rigid "Fernco" drain pipe connector, which is commonly used as a less expensive alternative, the PPC Smooth Intake Bellows is flexible. This allows the engine to torque and move on it's mounts without breaking the MAF or the intake lid, which is common with the Fernco connector.
